In Shed 59, Henry Harvey converts his Honda VFR400 to an all-electric motorbike and we meet Peter Beck of Rocket Lab who is planning to turn an NZ space programme into reality. New Plymouth is the home of a group of Catalina Flying Boat restorers and Stu heads to his shed to show us how to make your own tambour lounge. In our welding feature, we guide you through buying and using a Plasma Cutter before heading to Western Springs in Auckland to enjoy and discover more about Speedway racing. David Blackwell creates an edgy angle-poise lamp stand and we visit the shed of Bill Martell of Plimmerton who creates high precision pieces in metal that are sold and enjoyed all over the world.
