The Shed 56, August–September 2014

In The Shed 56 we show you how to build your own drone from kit set parts and an-easy-as compost bin construct. There's Part III of our Basic Carpentry and Part III of our How to Weld series - TIG welding. Stu heads to his shed to make a router bowl without a lathe and our shed of the month is Malcolm Anderson East Auckland factory unit that is full of motorcycles, engineering and memorabilia. Our project this month thanks to Clare Benge is a small non-consentable potting shed and Roger Lacey powers up a shed with three phase power and shows us how. David Blackwell makes a table saw sled before we get an intro to the Arduino interface control in our electronics section. Our collector of the month is Bruce Anderson who has a collection of more than 500 spark plugs in his shed.
