New Zealand Classic Car 352, April 2020

The Intermarque Concours d’Elegance competition, that includes the highly coveted  Masters Class and Teams Event, is one of the main attractions each year at the New Zealand Classic Car Ellerslie Car Show.
This year's event was certainly no exception with three of Henry’s finest battling it out with other superbly presented marques in each category for top honours. Once the judges scores were tallied the three Mustangs emerged as winners taking out both the Master Class, 1969 Boss 302, and the Teams Event with a pair of virtually identical 1969 Mustang Sports Roofs representing the Auckland Mustang Owners Club.
In this issue we take a closer look at each Mustang, the winning Masters Class car is on the cover, and see what it takes to win this country’s most prestigious classic car awards.

Whilst on the subject of cars from 1969, we also take a look at a very rare 1969 Nissan GT-R and Patrick Harlow takes us on part 1 of  an amazing road trip on our very own Route 66.

All this and plenty more in issue 352.
