New Zealand Classic Car 315, March 2017

In this issue of New Zealand Classic Car, we review the Ellerslie Classic Car Show and provide all the results from the Intermarque Concours d’Elegance. In addition, we take a closer look at this year’s Team Event winners — Simon Crispe’s 1961 Jaguar E-Type OTS and Roger Munns’ 1966 Jaguar E-Type FHC, representing the Jaguar Drivers’ Club — who took top honours with a total combined score of 1109 points out of a possible 1180, the highest-ever Teams Event score in the 44-year history of the event.

We also head south to Invercargill and visit the wonderful classic car and motorcycle mecca  —  Bill Richardson Transport World.

Lachie spends a day behind the wheel of Porsche’s latest Porsche 718 Cayman S, and gives us his verdict, plus Trevor Stanley-Joblin tells us about a very special 1992 Ford Festiva survivor.
