New Zealand Classic Car 299, November 2015

This special Targa issue of New Zealand Classic Car includes a comprehensive Targa programme, complete with maps detailing each special stage as well as a full driver listing.

Whilst on the Targa theme, we’ve also included a full feature on Mark Hellier’s Porsche 911.
When Mark decided to go for a fresh look, he drew inspiration from the IROC (International Race of Champions) 911 raced by Denny Hulme in 1974.

We also take a look at three modern GTs taking part in this year's Targa Tour — A BMW M3, Nissan GT-R, and a Mercedes-Benz C63 coupé.

If Targa’s not your thing, then check out a fully restored Citroën H Van. This stunning van is a common sight on Auckland’s waterfront as it serves up organic coffee, as well as other treats such as muffins and ice cream in the summer by the roadside.

There’s also our usual full complement of news items, along with other features to keep you reading.
